KENNEWICK, Wash. – On Saturday, Feb. 1, the Harlem Globetrotters are stopping in Kennewick on their 2025 World Tour.
The game starts at 5 p.m. at the Toyota Center. Tickets can be purchased online.
In an interview with Wake Up NonStop Local, Harlem Globetrotter Hops Pearce said there are many aspects of a Globetrotter game that you can’t find anywhere else.
“We come into the crowd and we interact with the fans,” said Pearce. “During the game we might call out fans to come onto the court to dance with us.”
The Globetrotters have been around 99 years and Pearce said the team’s legacy is built off fan interaction. “We’ve been fortunate enough to play in 123 countries and territories,” said Pearce. “In every single one of those places we were able to produce the same reaction which is just smiles and laughter.”
