HELENA, Mont. – Governor Greg Gianforte announced an order today that all flags in Montana should be flown at half-staff on Monday, August 5, from sunrise to sunset in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Mann Gulch Fire.
Thirteen firefighters died while fighting the most famous wildfire in Montana’s history 75 years ago.
