FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash.- An irrigation canal on the hill of Basin Slope Road south of Sagehill Road flooded, causing water to flow downhill onto Basin Slope and Sheffield Road west of Road 170.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reports that roads have been closed due to water damage and debris left on them .
Officials are asking the public to avoid this area as crews work to repair the canal and roadways.
