OLYMPIA, Wash.-Governor Jay Inslee has ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff on Tuesday, Dec. 19, in honor of the late Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, who died on Dec. 1.
“In honor and remembrance of Associate Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, the 1st woman to serve on SCOTUS, we’re lowering all WA and US flags to half-staff at all state agency facilities,” Governor Inslee announced on X.
