OLYMPIA, Wash.-Governor Jay Inslee has ordered flags across the state to half-mast on Thursday, Feb. 15 in honor of Mary Valentine, a Department of Fish and Wildlife employee who died while on duty in January.
Valentine, a Scientific Technician with the WDFW, drowned while on duty in Jackson County on Jan. 24.
