WASHINGTON, D.C.-President Biden issued a Presidential Proclamation honoring the victims of the mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine on October 25, ordering flags at all public buildings to be flown at half-staff until sunset on October 30.
Following the Presidential Proclamation, Governor Tina Kotek ordered flags across Oregon to half-staff, saying:
“This act of violence is absolutely devastating. My heart goes out to the victims’ families, the Lewiston community, and every American who has been shaken by this tragedy.”
