TRI-CITIES, Wash.-First-time home buyers in Tri-Cities might be eligible for assistance through a Tri-Cities HOME Consortium program for low- and moderate-income families.
The Down Payment Assistance Program has a list of qualifications for first-time buyers, and can receive up to $10,000 to help with a down payment if those qualifications are met, according to a City of Richland Government Facebook post.
Information about the program, as well as rental assistance, can be found on the City of Richland website.
