PASCO, Wash.- The 2nd Qualifier event for a hands-on, youth robotics competition is coming to Stevens Middle School.
On December 9, children from 9-16 years old will compete in the First Lego League where they will build robots out of Legos to complete various tasks.
The Challenge event will have students research, code, engineer and build their robot to go through a course competing against other kids their age.
First Lego League hosts the competition to encourage discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, team work and fun in STEM.
The Qualifying Event starts at 8 a.m. on December 9 until 5 p.m. at Stevens Middle School.
