PASCO, Wash. – A single-wide mobile home was lost in an early-morning fire on Saturday, Nov. 25.
The Pasco Fire Department responded to the fire in the 1500 block of S Road 40 E just before 4:30 a.m. on Saturday. The home was declared a total loss. Due to weather conditions, firefighters were not immediately able to complete mop-up and investigation. They returned to the site in the afternoon to continue those efforts and ensure there were no additional hotspots.
There were no injuries to the occupants of the home or to firefighters. The Red Cross is providing care for the family.
The cause of the fire has not been determined at this time.
