Fire crews responding to motorhome and manufactured home fire in Yakima, propane tank explodes

YAKIMA, Wash.- According to Deputy Fire Chief Ray Lamoureux with Yakima County Fire District 4, crews are extinguishing a motorhome and manufactured home fire in Yakima.

Fire crews responded to reports of a motorhome on fire at 6:21 p.m. at 371 Woodward West Road.

The fire started in the motorhome and caused a propane tank to explode, engulfing the structure. It is unknown how the fire started.

The fire spread to the attic space of a nearby double-wide manufactured home.

All occupants had exited the property before fire crews arrived. No injuries have been reported.

No roads are closed, and no other structures are threatened.
