SUNNYSIDE, Wash.-Firefighters are responding to a fire at an abandoned building near Sunnyside Christian High School.
According to the Sunnyside Fire Department, the fire is expected to be out by the time students get out of school, and firefighters may take the entire building down so the fire can’t spread or pose any risk to students.
Although the cause of the fire is unknown at this time, the Sunnyside Fire Chief believes it may have been started by a person.
