KENNEWICK, Wash.-Kennewick fire crews are currently responding to a fire in the roadway that is blocking S. Ely Street between 19th and 24th Avenues.
A pile of debris is reportedly burning in the road, blocking traffic and Kennewick Police are asking drivers to avoid the area if possible.
