YAKIMA, Wash.-Fire crews are on scene of a large commercial structure fire that is impacting traffic on S. 1st Street in Yakima.
Yakima police and firefighters responded to the fire at a tire storage facility on the 2000 block of S. 1st Street around 6:30 a.m.
Traffic is now blocked on S. 1st Street north from Washington Avenue and south from Mead Avenue, according to a YPD social media post.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes if possible.
