PASCO, Wash. – The Fairchild Cinemas at Road 68 in Pasco is getting a remodel according to a company press release.
The 12-screen cinema will add recliner seating, 16 duckpin bowling lanes, a 60-game arcade, expanded menu, and a private event area.
Fairchild Cinemas says it will remain open during the construction. The first set of screens are set to be remodeled in January and are expected to debut the recliner seats in April, 2025.
The remodeling announcement comes after Jeff and Lisa Fairchild announced their retirement after more than 50 years in the movie theater business. Their son, Kevin Fairchild, is now leading the company into its next era.
“Our goal is to transform this space into more than just a movie theater,” said Kevin Fairchild. “We’re creating a destination where families and friends can come together, have fun, and make memories — whether it’s watching a movie, bowling a few frames, enjoying a drink, or hosting a special celebration.
