Washington State Department of Services for the Blind Community Forum Scheduled

The Department of Services for the Blind (DSB) announced their Fall Community Forum on Wednesday, October 19, from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

The Community Forums are held virtually to allow input from citizens across the State of Washington and offer an opportunity for members the public to hear directly from the agency, ask questions and raise concerns, and share what’s important to them.

DSB will provide brief updates on:

  • 2023 Expectations
  • Changes to DSB Youth Services programming
  • Pending legislative impacts and requests

The remainder of the event is dedicated to taking questions and comments from the audience members.
