Escaped Franklin County inmate found

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash.- UPDATE. September 25. Rigoberto Lopez-Magallon has been found.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Lopez-Magallon was found by Pasco Police and has been booked into the Franklin County Jail.

He had been on the run since not returning from a 48-hour furlough on September 19.

According to a Facebook post made by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office an inmate has escaped and is currently wanted.

Rigoberto Lopez-Magallon (37) was released on furlough for 48 hours on September 19. He did not turn himself in after the 48 hours.

According to FCSO, it is believed he removed the GOS device that was attached before being released.

Rigoberto is currently facing an assault in the 1st degree charge. He was arrested on July 11, 2023. He will now be facing an escape charge.

According to FCSO, he is 5″5″ 164 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

His aliases include Rigo Bete Magallon Rigo Lopez and Wicked.
