“If you are looking to get rest and relaxation without drinking, you may choose a vacation that doesn’t include alcohol, such as a health spa or meditation retreat,” said Dr. Church. “If you are not going to a specifically alcohol-free setting, there are many things that you can do to keep your drinking within moderation.”
