WALLA WALLA, Wash.-UPDATE: According to Pacific Power, electricity has been restored in the area.
Utility crews with Pacific Power are responding to an outage affecting about 2, 193 customers in the College Place area.
The power reportedly went out around 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 14 and utility crews are assessing the situation to determine the cause and establish an estimated timeframe for when power will be restored.
