KENNEWICK, Wash. – A segment of East 23rd Avenue in Kennewick will close starting Wed., March 13 for crews to connect sewer and utilities to properties in the area, according to Benton County.
The closure is between South Gum Street and South Washington Street. Some local traffic will be allowed on the closed road, however most will be detoured until March 22, which is when the work is expected to end.
Drivers should expect reduced speed limits in the area on South Gum Street, East 19th Avenue and South Washington Street.
