BENTON COUNTY, Wash .- The driver of a motorcycle was injured in a crash near Paterson on the morning of Sept. 27.
Washington State Patrol Troopers responded to the crash near the intersection of SR 14 and SR 221 around 11:23 a.m.
The motorcycle was going westbound and the semi truck was headed eastbound when it turned left on SR 221 and hit the motorcycle, according to WSP Trooper Sarah Clasen.
The driver of the motorcycle was life-flighted from the scene with non-life threatening injuries, according to Trooper Clasen.
The roadway was blocked after the crash, but has since reopened and the official cause of the crash is still under investigation.
