FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash.- UPDATE. September 28. The dead body found in a vacant lot in Mesa on September 27 has been identified.
The man found in a camp trailer on a vacant lot between 104 and 106 1st Ave. has been identified as 53-year-old Robert Chervenell according to an update on the investigation from the FCSO.
The Franklin County Coroner’s Office released Chervenell’s name and an autopsy is scheduled for September 29.
According to the FCSO two persons of interest have been interviewed as part of the investigation, but no arrests have been made.

Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigation a death in Mesa.
According to a Facebook post made by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, a 911 call reported a deceased man in a camping trailer on the vacant lot between 104 and 106 1st Avenue in Mesa.
According to FCSO, the investigation is still ongoing and few details are available.
The identity of the man has not been released at this time.
A person of interest is currently being interviewed by FCSO.
