WALLA WALLA, Wash. – A crash temporarily closed the intersection of SR 125 and Meadowbrook Blvd in College Place on Thursday afternoon according to College Place Police Department PIO Dylan Schmick.
Schmick says the Washington State Patrol handled the crash and that one vehicle reportedly rear-ended another vehicle in a turn lane. The second vehicle was pushed forward in the crash to hit a third vehicle.
The elderly driver of the first vehicle was reportedly brought to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
The highway was closed for around 20 minutes after the crash so one of the vehicles could be removed via tow truck according to Schmick. The other two vehicles were able to drive away
