WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – The parking lot for The Heights Park in West Richland is closing for nearby construction starting the week of July 15, according to the City of West Richland.
Both the existing lot and the access road to the lot will be closed. A new temporary lot will be put in place further north on Keene Road.
Construction is planned to go through Dec. 3. The new lot will remain open through Sept. 26.
