A company has unveiled the most bling tiny home ever – with the launch of a golden house.

Estonian firm ÖÖD has launched the £189,000 (over $250,000) Golden House, an ultra-luxurious mirrored home featuring rare shimmering glass.

ÖÖD says they have limited production to just 79 of the units, reflecting the element of gold’s atomic number.

Around thirty are expected to be sold in Europe and the U.S., with the remainder placed in the Middle East and other exclusive destinations.

ÖÖD says the units could allow hotel operators to place a 5-star hotel room in the middle of nature, “offering guests an immersive experience in stunning environments”.

Jaak Tiik, ÖÖD co-founder, says: “Each detail of the Golden House was crafted with a vision of creating something truly special—a place that offers not only a unique living experience but also a work of art in its own right.”

Andreas Tiik, fellow co-founder, adds: “We wanted to design a space where nature and luxury co-exist harmoniously.”

The company says: “The Golden House is a true innovation in luxury living. Featuring custom golden-shimmering glass, the house interacts dynamically with its surroundings, changing its appearance throughout the day and across seasons. The reflective golden surfaces create a sense of seamless connection with nature.”

The interior has fitted to a high standard thanks to a collaboration with Buster & Punch and features bespoke materials and premium appliances.

Ahead of the official 10 October launch, ÖÖD says they have already received over 110 inquiries for the 79 houses, “reflecting the strong demand for this exclusive offering”.
