WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – The West Richland Police Department and the West Richland Community Care Foundation are hosting their Canine Kisses & Cocoa event on Sat., Feb. 17
The event takes place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 7920 W. Van Giesen St. in West Richland and features hot cocoa, s’mores, coffee, a photo booth and kisses from Polar the dog.
Attendees will be able to learn what the Community Care Foundation does to help citizens of West Richland.
