SUNNYSIDE, Wash. – The Lower Yakima Valley Latinx Coalition is hosting a forum for parents and the community to share thoughts and concerns on issues in the district.
The event is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Tue., Feb. 27 at Remi’s Event Center, located at 520 S. 6th St. in Sunnyside.
All community members are invited. Concerns brought to the meeting will be brought to the next school board meeting on Thu., Feb. 29.
The community is also invited to voice concerns in an anonymous community survey.
