YAKIMA, Wash. – The City of Yakima has issued an emergency declaration due to the extreme weather temperatures.
The Red Cross has partnered with the Homeless Network of Yakima County to open an emergency shelter tonight.
This shelter will be at St. Michael’s Church, located at 5 S. Naches Ave in Yakima for those in need of refuge from the weather.
