RICHLAND, Wash. – An outage is planned for the night of Tue., Nov. 19 in the area of Dallas Road and Trowbridge Boulevard, according to the City of Richland.
The outage is part of the Dallas Road & Trowbridge Boulevard roundabout project, where crews will perform a power conduit crossing.
Starting at 8 p.m., businesses will experience a temporary power outage lasting about 10 hours. Residential buildings will not be impacted.
