City of Pasco invites residents to discuss the improvement of local transportation

PASCO, Wash.- The City of Pasco will host an Open House on several dates in June to encourage residents to share opinions on the development of transportation to best meet the local community needs.

According to The City of Pasco, the Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) is a strategy plan that is updated annually to prioritize transportation projects. The plan provides projects and programs to create sustainable transportation networks that improve the movement of people and commercial goods and promote public safety.

The Open House events invite community members to learn about TIP, inquire about ongoing or future projects, and provide feedback on proposed projects.

The City of Pasco will put on three separate Open House events:

Wednesday, June 5, 4-6 pm, Café Con Arte, 430 W Columbia St., SuiteThursday, June 6, 6 pm, Kurtzman Park (building/gazebo area), 331 S Wehe Ave.Tuesday, June 11, from 5-7 pm at Delta High School Cafeteria, 5801 Broadmoor Blvd.
