RICHLAND, Wash.-A children’s author is coming to the Richland Farmer’s Market on Friday, October 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to promote the health benefits of pickles and other vegetables.
Peter B. Lewis, the author of “The Pickleman from Bickleton!”, will be at the Farmer’s Market alongside the Beyond Pickles booth, selling copies of his book and raffling off Beyond Pickles prizes.
“I’m delighted to be able to share my book with those who attend the Richland Farmers Market while also sharing its message about the health benefits of pickles and vegetables,” said Lewis.
According to a press release on Lewis’s appearance, the “Pickleman” is a colorful adventure in verse with a whimsical community of happy veggies, starring the Pickleman from Bickleton and is suitable for children ages four and up.
