Chase Bank robbed in Kennewick, suspect at-large

KENNEWICK, Wash.-Kennewick Police are investigating a bank robbery at Chase Bank on the morning of June 13.

Kennewick Police responded to the bank on Vista Way and N. Conway Street around 11:47 a.m. for reports of a robbery.

A person wearing a mask allegedly entered the bank and gave a teller a note demanding money.

According to the KPD, the teller gave the suspected robber money from the till and the suspect then ran out of the bank.

Police established a perimeter around the bank and used a K9 and drone to search for the suspect, however, they were not found.

No weapon was used during the robbery, according to the KPD, and there is currently no threat to the public.

The investigation into the robbery is ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to call non-emergency dispatch at 509-628-0333.
