PASCO, Wash.-Columbia Basin College will be hosting a Dia de los Muertos Celebration on Thursday, November 2 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the H Building on the Pasco campus.
The celebration, sponsored by CBC, the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, is open to the community.
The event will feature live performances and presentations, face painting, Loteria and sugar skull decorating. According to CBC members of the public are welcome to participate in a collaborative art piece at the celebration by sharing a photo of a loved one who has passed on the community altar.
