YAKIMA, Wash. – A car that caught fire sparked a brush fire near the Wiley Union Church on Ahtanum Road, according to West Valley Fire-Rescue.
WVFR says crews are on Ahtanum Road shuttling water. The road is not closed, however drivers are asked to slow down when passing through.
There is currently no estimate on the fire’s size.
