PROSSER, Wash.- Mama’s Java is a mobile coffee stand offering handcrafted espresso, Lotus, Red Bull and lemonade drinks. Britany Lum, owner of Mama’s Java, said she teamed up with her husband and three-year-old daughter to serve Benton, Yakima and Franklin counties.
“We use Rockabilly Roasting out of Kennewick,” said Lum. “They have the best coffee so that makes our coffee great!”
Lum said Mama’s Java brings the caffeine to you, creating a convenient experience.
“We can come to your event, we can come to your company, we can come to your school.”
According to Lum, all of their drink names are inspired by their three-year-old daughter. “We have Mom Fuel, Messy Bun Latte, 5 A.M. Toddler, Chaos Coordinator and Dad Fuel,” said Lum.
