BIG SKY, Mont. – A case that captured national attention has taken a new turn as a suspect in a Big Sky homicide investigation entered a plea in court.
Daren Abbey pleaded not guilty to charges in a Gallatin County courtroom. He faces one count of deliberate homicide and two counts of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
Abbey’s bail is set at $1.5 million. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 18, 2024, at 1:30 p.m.
