WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Joe Biden’s administration has announced a significant aid package for Ukraine, totaling $725 million. This decision comes as Biden prepares to leave office.
The aid package, revealed earlier today, aims to bolster Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The U.S. plans to deliver hundreds of thousands of artillery rounds, thousands of rockets, and other air defense capabilities to Kyiv between now and mid-January.
The administration emphasized its goal to strengthen Ukraine’s position as much as possible before the end of Biden’s term.
