KENNEWICK, Wash.- To celebrate National Hydropower Day, Benton PUD unveiled a new EmPOWERed rounding board at the Gesa Carousel of Dreams.
According to Benton PUD, National Hydropower day was established to recognize contributions hydropower was making to the clean energy infrastructure.
