BENTON COUNTY, Wash.–Multiple vehicle collisions involving semi-trucks seem to have been caused by high winds.
The Benton County Sheriff’s Office recommends drivers to be aware of larger vehicles when gusts are high because drivers of semi-trucks and other large vehicles can lose control unexpectedly, according to a BCSO Facebook post.
Drivers are encouraged to give themselves extra driving time due to more traffic on the roads during the holiday season, according to the post.
