RICHLAND, Wash.-A Back to School Health Fair offering sports physicals and vaccines for the upcoming school year is set for Saturday, Aug. 10 at the Kadlec Healthplex.

Kadlec is partnering with the Benton-Franklin Health District and Range Community Clinic for the Health Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The BFHD will offer school-required vaccines at no cost at the Health Fair and Range Community Clinic will be performing sports physicals for $30.

Scheduling a vaccine or physical before the Health Fair is recommended, as there are a limited number of appointments available, according to Kadlec.

Vaccine appointments can be made through the BFHD and sports physicals can also be scheduled online before the Health Fair.

All students, regardless of district are invited to the Health Fair and no insurance or proof of residence is needed, although those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Those getting vaccines should bring their vaccine records with them to the Health Fair.

The Kadlec Healthplex is located at 1268 Lee Boulevard in Richland.
