Two planes collided on the tarmac at an airport in Atlanta – knocking the tail off one.

Images show the plane’s tail hanging off its side after the collision on Tuesday, Sept. 10.

A Delta flight was readying for take off from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Lafayette, La., when it collided with a larger aircraft.

Delta said the wing of a Delta Airbus A350 bound for Tokyo, Japan, hit the tail of a smaller Bombardier CRJ-90 that was on an adjacent taxiway.

No injuries have been reported and Delta said passengers were rebooked on other flights that departed Tuesday afternoon.
