Applications for HARP funding now open

RICHLAND, Wash.-Applications for HOME-American Rescue Plan funding are now open.

HARP Supportive Service Funding is available for private entities or public agencies that serve individuals or families experiencing homelessness or housing issues, according to a post from the City of Richland.

Applications for HARP funding are open until Oct. 18. More information on the application process and requirements is available online.

HARP funding is available for entities or agencies that serve individuals or families experiencing any of the following four factors.

HomelessnessAt risk of homelessnessFleeing or trying to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or human traffickingPart of other populations where supportive services would prevent a family’s homelessness
