PASCO, Wash.-Financial assistance is available for local businesses in downtown Pasco that want to commission murals on their property.
The Paint Pasco Mural Reimbursement Program is an initiative designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the community, support local artists, and promote cultural expression, according to the City of Pasco.
The objectives of the program are beautification, cultural expression, the opportunity to support local artists and community engagement.
To be eligible for the program, businesses must be located within downtown Pasco, must own the property or have permission, must comply with Pasco municipal code and be approved by a subcommittee of the arts and culture committee, according to the City of Pasco website.
