COLLEGE PLACE, Wash.-Andy’s Market, a locally owned grocery store in College Place, is celebrating the opening of its full-service meat department through Christmas Eve.
Andy’s Market has been open for over 50 years and the new meat department is part of an ongoing renovation and remodel project that will also include a full-service deli and modernization and remodel of the entire store, according to a press release on the project.
“This renovation has allowed us to update all of our refrigeration so that we can operate more efficiently and sustainability, as well as expand our Culinary Department to offer even more convenient and delicious Grab & Go meals,” said Vicki Zanes, General Manager of Andy’s Market.
The new full-service meat department is now open and has both local and organic meat options, as well as in-house meat cutting, according to an Andy’s.
Grand Opening specials in the meat department are available through Christmas Eve and local farmers and makers will be on hand to offer samples of their products.
“We are so excited to meet the needs of everyone in our community while staying true to our locally-focused roots here at Andy’s,” said Zanes.
