BOZEMAN, Mont. – Red Tractor Pizza in Bozeman is getting special attention from America’s Best Restaurants’ roadshow, a national company dedicated to highlighting local, independently owned restaurants.

Adam Paccione, the owner of Red Tractor Pizza, shared his journey about realizing a dream influenced by his parents’ work in the restaurant industry and their philosophy around healthy eating.

Paccione opened Red Tractor Pizza with creativity and a dedication to quality. The restaurant uses a woodfired pizza system with a menu that changes every couple of months. He prioritizes locally sourced ingredients from Montana, including flour for the bread crust, local meats, vegetables, and organic tomato sauce.

The restaurant also features an eye-catching living wall with real plant life. Paccione said he discovered the idea online and wanted to incorporate it into his restaurant.

“To go a little bit further into it, kind of establishing that farm to pizza, as we call it, hence the red tractor. It was kind of a brainstorming discussion on what brand would, could identify us as being like a farm to fork, farm to pizza, farm to table restaurant,” Paccione said.

Red Tractor Pizza also showcases live local music and artists. This isn’t the first time the restaurant has been featured on a show; the Cooking Channel’s “Pizza Masters” has also visited.

America’s Best Restaurants will be shooting at Red Tractor Pizza on Tuesday. Paccione mentioned that the company had reached out to plan the visit.

Independent restaurant owners who are interested in a visit from America’s Best Restaurants can apply online.
