WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – UPDATE. Nov. 27. The missing person alert for Emma Liudhal has been upgraded to an Amber Alert.
According to a social media post from West Richland Police, it is now believed that Ludhal was abducted/taken by 35-year-old Roger Perez-Osorio.
Anyone who sees Liudhal, or who has any information about her whereabouts should call 509-628-0333 and reference case #23-11804.

The West Richland Police Department is asking for help finding a missing 14-year-old. WRPD says Emma was last seen in the 3800 block of Curtis Dr.
Emma is approximately 5’1″ with long brown hair. Police says she was last seen wearing a dark brown jacket, black skirt, white tights and black boots.
