PASCO, Wash.-The community is invited to the All-Pasco Soccer Celebration to officially open two new mini-pitches at Kurtzman and Highland Parks on Sunday, Sept. 9.
The free, family-friendly opening celebration will be held at Kurtzman Park from 1-4 p.m. and will include skills training sessions from Sounders FC coaches, games and food trucks.
The RAVE Foundation mini pitches are part of a Sounders FC initiative to build 26 mini-pitches to provide safe, accessible soccer play spaces across Washington by 2026, according to a City of Pasco press release.
The All-Pasco Soccer Celebration is at Kurtzman Park located at 333 S. Wehe Avenue. Highland Park is located at 500 N. Wehe in Pasco.
