RICHLAND, Wash.-Affordable rental housing funding is available for qualifying people in the Tri-Cities.
Funding is available from the Tri-Cities HOME Consortium to help create affordable rental housing throughout the Tri-Cities, according to a social media post from the City of Richland.
The HOME-ARP, affordable rental housing program can help qualifying individuals and families with permanent housing after a housing crisis or homelessness, according to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The goal of HOME-ARP is to help those who qualify regain stability through permanent housing, reduce the time participants are homeless and help participants maintain permanent housing.

The pre-application deadline is Sept. 30.
