RICHLAND, Wash. – The City of Richland plans to close offices to the public on Monday, January 20, 2025.
The city said in a release that the following locations will be closed for an all-staff training day:
City Hall (Customer Service, Planning, and Permitting) Community Center Library City Shops
The Richland Community Center and the Library will remain closed through the evening as well.
Police, fire, and trash collection will run normally and the Horn Rapids Landfill will also remain open.
