RICHLAND, Wash. – UPDATE 3:20 p.m. The City of Richland restored power to an estimated 1,900 customers who were without power for nearly three hours.
The outage started around noon on Sunday and affected residents in north of Snyder Street. The city said the cause of the outage was a squirrel getting into overhead gear.
