ATLANTA, GA.-The number of E. Coli cases linked to quarter pounders at McDonald’s has now risen to 90.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, that is a 15 person increase from Oct. 25 for the outbreak likely caused by slivered onions on the burgers.

The most recent confirmed case of E. Coli came on Oct. 16, prompting the CDC to deem any further risk to the public as “very low.”

One person has died in the E. Coli outbreak and another 27 have been hospitalized, according to NBC News reporting.
